Dan Harstine brings his vast business management and accounting expertise to the group. His business knowledge of real estate is a true asset to both buyers and sellers. Roger Brady has been a school teacher for 27 years. Residing in the lakes area since 1983, his experience and knowledge of the area are exceptional. Roger has coached Tennis and Basketball for the Wawasee Warriors for numerous years. Along with his wife Cindy, they have 3 children, Amber, Nathan and Chloe.

Kim Conrad is a native of Chicago but has lived in our lakes area for past 30 years. She is married to Steve and they have three sons Steve, Michael and Jeff. She comes to them with 15 years of real estate experience, also 25 years of teaching and coaching in the Wawasee school district. Kim has been very active in our community being a REALTOR®, teaching kindergarten and coaching cheerleading. Rick Cooper has lived in the Warsaw area since 1979. Serving as Youth Pastor, Principal of New Life Christian Academy, and presently Senior Pastor of Touch of Life Church. Working with and serving people for over 25 years has given Rick the skills, concern, and leadership that help people achieve their dreams. These qualities will benefit you in marketing or buying your dream home. He has been married over 25 years to Marcie and has two wonderful children - Jordan and Priscilla. He loves to travel and care for his two cocker spaniels - Izzy and Annabelle.

Clint Olson moved to Webster in 1968. He says he was among the original “herd” of confused and bewildered students searching for classrooms on the first day Wawasee High School opened its doors. Graduating with the Wawasee Class of 1971, he married the “love of his life,” Linda in 1977. They are the proud parents of six wonderful kids, Mandy, Christa, Jonathon, Jamie, Lindsay, and Ryan. Clint has been involved in building, remodeling, or restoring homes for nearly 30 years. They started Olson’s Flooring & Furnishing in 1989 and currently own and operate Olson’s Casual Furnishings next to Ace Hardware in North Webster.

Scott Piepenbrink received his real estate license in 1989 working for Artisan’s Builders in Ft. Wayne. Since that time Scott has started a real-estate appraisal business (21st Century Appraisals) as well as a custom home building company (S&J Homes) specializing in lake homes. After spending most summers growing up on Lake Wawasee, Scott and his family found their own “slice of heaven” at the lake and built their dream home. Usually showing properties by boat, Scott explains the pros and cons of each area of Lake Wawasee and Syracuse, and has helped many families find the perfect lake home that fits their wants and needs. “Where else can you make such an awesome investment while building wonderful memories with family and friends."

David Brown has been in the title insurance business since 2003 and recently received his Real Estate Salesperson License in order to fulfill his goal of becoming a knowledgeable and valuable Real Estate Agent.  Integrity is what David is all about and he is determined to find buyers a home they truly love and to assist sellers in their move to the next chapter of their life.  David moved to Warsaw in June, 2009 when his wife Dr. Jen Glasgo, D.V.M accepted a job at the newly renovated Milford Animal Clinic.  His title experience gives him the edge when dealing with complicated sales, including estates, trusts, divorces, foreclosures, REOs, etc.  David enjoys camping, playing sports, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife, as well as his family that resides in the Indianapolis area.  David is looking forward to all the new relationships that the real estate business will bring and to helping clients fulfill their goals.
